What happens if I exceed my sharing limit?
Sharing is limited on the Personal plan. Upgrading to Teams allows for unlimited shared files.
Can I add more users to my Team plan after subscribing?
Yes, you can invite more team members at anytime and they’ll automatically be added to your Teams plan.
How does billing work when I add a team member?
After inviting a member to your Team they will be added to your next bill. Your next bill will also contain a prorated charge for the newly invited user in the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?

Can I downgrade from a Teams to a Personal account?
Yes, you can cancel and downgrade your plan at any time. However, at the end of the billing period in which you cancel, you will lose access to any files created under your Team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Stripe Link, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through Stripe. Additional payment options are available for Enterprise customers.
