What happens if I exceed my sharing limit?
Sharing is limited on the Personal plan. Upgrading to the Team plan allows for unlimited shared files.
Can I add more users to my Team plan after subscribing?
Yes, you can invite more team members at anytime and they’ll automatically be added to your Team plan.
How does billing work when I add a team member?
After inviting a member to your Team they will be added to your next bill. Your next bill will also contain a prorated charge for the newly invited user in the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
If you would like to test out Quadratic for free, please sign up for a Personal account. If you would like to request a Team trial, contact us.

Can I downgrade from a Team to a Personal account?
Yes, you can cancel and downgrade your plan at any time. However, at the end of the billing period in which you cancel, you will lose access to any files created under your Team plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Stripe Link, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through Stripe. Additional payment options are available for Enterprise customers.
